Windows Install
After you have downloaded the ZIP file, use an unzip program to extract the fonts. If you don't have such a program, try Winzip or if you want a free one, try EasyZip.
Take the extracted font (A True Type font) and put it in the c:\windows\fonts folder. The font will install automatically. After the font has been installed it will be available in any program that lets you choose a font. You can throw the ZIP file in the recycle bin after you're done.
Warning: Don't unzip fonts directly into your c:\windows\fonts folder. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Don't do it ... it's bad. Not bad like Michael Jackson bad, I mean actually bad.
Can't install anymore fonts? If the number of fonts you have install is getting close to a thousand then you should seek counseling! :-)
Mac Install
All files are encoded and compressed.
You must have STUFFIT EXPANDER 5.1.2 (or better) to expand them.
Some of you are using Stuffit Expander 4.5 which is what came with your browser or your computer. This WILL NOT WORK.
STUFFIT EXPANDER 5.1.2 is available for free from www.aladdinsys.com.
It is a small download and is compatible will all versions of the MacOS better than 7.5
If you still can't figure it out, try emailing Davey Debus might be able to help you out. He does all the Mac conversions for Larabie Fonts. If you need some fonts converted, he's the man for the job. Check out his home page and his fonts at bombhaus.com.
